Interpret and report biological evidence

This part moves from a checked enrichment result to an evidence-based interpretation and a reproducible report. Read the result first, inspect supporting genes and context, then use the optional AI layer only to organize evidence that has already been verified.

Interpretation checklist

  1. What was the tested input and background universe?
  2. Which terms are significant after correction, and what is their direction or effect?
  3. Which genes or leading-edge members drive each term?
  4. Are the terms redundant, database-dependent, or supported by a network or external source?
  5. Which claims are associations supported by the analysis, and which require independent validation?

The optional LLM examples in the evidence-guided chapter consume validated result objects; they do not replace the statistical test, database provenance, or literature review.
